- Provision of Content: Before 250Websites.com proceeds with the build of any website, clients must provide complete information. This includes but is not limited to content, photos, pictures, and any other relevant information.
- Commencement of Build: Once all necessary content, photos, pictures, and other required info has been received, the website build process will be initiated.
- Three-Day Turnaround Guarantee:
- 4.1 The 3-day turnaround guarantee is only applicable to 1-page websites using our pre built website templates (website build may take longer if starting from a blank canvas, which is then not covered under the 3 day turnaround guarantee).
- 4.2 The 3-day period begins only once all required content, pictures, photos, and other necessary information have been received by 250Websites.com.
- 4.3 Should a client request any changes during this three-day period, the 3-day turnaround guarantee will become null and void.
- Changes and Revisions: Clients are advised to ensure all content provided is final and accurate. If changes are requested during the 3-day turnaround period, it will impact the delivery time. Further, depending on the nature and extent of the changes, additional charges may apply.
- Payments: All payment terms, including amounts, due dates, and payment methods, will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided to the client. Work will commence once the initial payment or deposit, as stipulated in the agreement, is received.
- Limitation of Liability: 250Websites.com will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue or profits, arising in connection with the services provided.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement if the other party breaches any of its obligations and fails to rectify such breach within a stipulated time frame.
- Governing Law: These T&Cs and any separate agreements whereby we provide services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction/Country].
